QUALIFIKATIONEN, DIE WIR BELOHNEN
Several years of experience as software architect
Experience in software development and coding in Java/Kotlin(Spring, Spring Boot)/Web technologies
Cloud knowledge, especially GCP, would be beneficial
Excellent knowledge of software/application design and architecture
Understanding of software development life cycle and QA principles
A technical mindset with great attention to detail
High quality organizational and communication skills
Preferably CPSA (Certified Professional for Software Architecture) training

HERAUSFORDERUNGEN, DIE SIE MEISTERN
Design reliable, scalable and responsive high-load solutions for cloud and on-prem
Extend/improve our products architecture to match our customers current/future needs and requirements
Suggest and implement solutions to improve our architectural processes and decisions
Develop high-level blue-prints, concepts and guidelines to define our architecture and technology stack
Ensure that products meet our requirements in regards to quality, security, modifiability, extensibility etc.
Set up processes to ensure that all concepts and guidelines are adopted successfully by the development teams
Provide technical guidance and coaching for developers, engineers and other team members
Oversee progress of development teams to ensure consistency with our architecture
