The opportunity
EY is looking for SAP CONCUR resources.
Your key responsibilities
Manage entire implementations for clients simultaneously acting in the combined role of Project lead and Functional Consultant with Technical knowledge, Ensure project deliverables are within defined timeframe of completion, Ability to understand the requirement related to Travel, request and expense including financial transaction knowledge, set up Expense module, Request module, TA, Cash advance, Workflow configuration, Company Hierarchy, Integration discussion, Test Script Preparation, executing test script, setup credit card feeds, validate feed connectivity, and plan execute credit card related cut-over tasks, Responsible for managing the global template/baseline configuration and display the ability to configure at a Global level as well as specific features.
Functional/ Configuration Skills
Configuration of Audit rules, Configuration of Travel Allowance, Ability to set up credit card feeds, validate feed connectivity, and plan execute credit card related cut-over tasks, Communicate consistently and regularly client issue status and progress as per schedule with the Project Manage, Ability to conduct functional reviews of configurations completed by other Implementation/Functional Consultants, Ability to create and deliver functional documentation, such as CID/CDW, TE policies and process, Test Script, Test Evidence, Role mapping, implement procedures for Concur travel expense and purchasing credit card management and administration in compliance with company policies. Ability to prepare Functional specification
Additional Skills
Knowledge on HCM process and Integration, Knowledge on ERP Financial system configuration, project configuration and integration, MS Excel, MS powerpoint, MS Word
Professional Attributes
Prior experience in client-facing role, Functional consulting experience preferred, At least 4 years of total experience in SAP Concur and SAP Travel Management, Implementation and Production Support preferred, Experience in using Concur Expenses management tool
