Artwork Flow is an intelligent platform for Artwork/ Label Management and approval. Currently we have leading global brands as well as new age startups including customers based out of India and US. Over the next one year we aim to scale the platform to ARR $1mil. About the role: 

The Artwork Flow team is looking for a customer success manager who can help us deliver exceptional customer experience to our customers.

• The person will be responsible for engaging with customers of Artwork Flow to provide strategic and tactical guidance to them in order to increase the value they acquire from Artwork Flow
• Understand and document customer’s business flow (for large customers) and deep understanding of use-cases
• Understand the platform thoroughly to provide support in acquisition as well as retention of customers
• Own two key metrics (Increase Product-Adoption & Customer Retention)
• Promote awareness of the latest features Artwork Flow is releasing (products/features in the pipeline)
• Support users coming on the website with the right links and documentation

Requirements

• 2-6 years of relevant work experience in a customer-facing role out of which majority in a Customer success/business consulting portfolio
• Drive live demos, implementation, tutorials for new clients when onboarding and support existing clients on issues and tickets
• Must be able to take complex client scenarios and break them down
• Very Strong written and verbal presentation/communication skills
• Should be able to take calls between 5pm- 12 midnight as well if the client is US based
• Customer centricity: Always take decisions based on what is good for the customers
