Growth Manager/ Online Marketing Manager

Location: Bangalore 

Drive scalable and sustainable growth for Artwork Flow SAAS platform which is a platform for Artwork and Packaging label management. With sustained growth in the Indian market for the last 6 months, we have now launched the platform in the US market. The next milestone is to grow the platform to a $million ARR. If you are someone who loves to work on challenging problems and figuring out things on the go, hop abroad!

  • Drive growth of inbound channels for the Artwork Flow platform
  • Completely take charge of paid and organic marketing campaigns on various platforms like google, facebook, linkedin, reddit etc
  • In partnership with the product team, apply creative thinking to run growth experiments/hacks that accelerate Subscription Growth and expansion of Artwork Flow use cases
  • Manage and guide our in-house as well as partner content writers to create content that can drive traffic as well as provide value to the users
  • Lead the month on month growth for online acquisition funnel right from website traffic, website conversions, sessions on page, demos scheduled and trial started
  • Launch new product offerings and features as we bring them to market. Create a buzz using the website, email campaigns and social channels
  • Keep building and updating the website using Webflow
  • Understand and report on the direct revenue implications of product decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams – Product, Marketing, Sales, Design, User Experience, and Engineering to bring new modules to market

Key skills we are looking for 

  • Deep understanding of SEO and keyword research and ability to incorporate the research into impactful content
  • Understanding of content strategy for sustained organic growth
  • Understanding of social platforms as well as paid marketing
  • Aptitude to run different experiments based on new ideas
  • Ability to derive meaningful actionable insights from data from various sources
  • Managing stakeholders to influence action in a timely manner
  • Understanding of B2B SAAS space
  • Building web pages on CMS based web development tools

Experience 

  • 3-6 years of experience in the B2B or B2C technology space preferably as a growth/ online marketing/ product expert
