We are excited to grow our team with a Director of People (f/m/x) as a key strategic role in our company helping Native Instruments become a more people-centric organisation where employees thrive and are inspired to deliver our mission.

 What You’ll Do
Working closely with the executive team and people managers, you will strategically own all human resources-related activities
Develop and implement strategies to increase DEIBA within the organization
Partner with internal stakeholders to implement strategies for employee engagement and retention
Prepare and analyze HR metrics and provide reports that support data-driven decision-making in specified areas
You will guide and develop a continuous learning ecosystem, inspiring all employees to be actively engaged in the uninterrupted development of their skills
You will support our leaders by providing strategic, tactical and operational guidance, expert advice, and coaching
Increase organizational effectiveness, by considering organizational design, structure and purpose in line with company direction
As a proactive problem solver, you will identify people issues and trends within the business and collaborate to formulate and implement solutions
You will cultivate a positive working environment and champion an employee experience that inspires a productive culture and sense of belonging
As a servant leader, you will guide our People team and support our journey to professionalize, improve and scale up  people-related activities
You will advise and guide our People Business Partners on complex employment issues

What You’ll Need
Extensive experience as a People and Workplace leader in a fast-paced, tech, organisation with the know-how on partnering with engineering, agile methodologies
Proven experience in building trusted relationships and using your excellent judgment and strong communication skills across all levels of an organization
Coaching and mentoring skills as well as your proven track record in leading teams and developing individuals
Strong systemic thinking; data-centric decision making; the ability to find root cause of issues and gain stakeholder support to address solutions and opportunities
Experience in fostering a strong, success-oriented, and collaborative culture in a complex stakeholder environment
Demonstrated experience in managing a complex employee relations set-up with a Works Council (German-based is a plus)
Extensive experience in setting up balanced and market-conforming compensation & benefits ecosystem
Strong verbal, written communication skills with experience in building compelling business cases and recommendations
Experience managing multiple international markets is important for this role
