As a part of our Native Instruments Design department, the UX & Market Research team executes and delivers valuable research to explore user behaviors and motivations. We collaborate with our Product and Marketing departments to gather qualitative and quantitative insights that size the target market, identify valuable segments, profile different users, and enable user-centered decision making.

 

We are now looking for a Working Student (f/m/x) within the field of music tech, to join our Berlin based UX & Market Research team and support us in building a better understanding of what our users need when making music. This is a Working Student position eligible for up to 20 hours per week.

 

What You’ll Do
Work across a range of research projects from ethnographic in situ, online based studies to prototype and UX testing
Learn how to create and execute surveys as well as how to organise, recruit and conduct User interviews and analyse this data into meaningful insights
Work within a team environment, collaborating and contributing to team projects

What You’ll Need
Currently studying a Diploma, Bachelors or Masters program in Sound Engineering, Music or similar fields
Some experience using music software and hardware (DAWs, plugins, MIDI Controllers etc.)
Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience working within a team environment and you enjoy collaborating with others
Keen interest in music production
