We are now looking for a People Operations Specialist to join our team in our Berlin HQ.

 
What’ll You Do
You will support HR process execution for employees, managers and our HR team, as well as providing advice on operational topics
With your careful attention to detail, you’ll maintain data in HR information system (BambooHR) regarding job and compensation changes
Maintain payroll information and payroll records as well as support payroll processing in our regional offices in Europe and our global entities
Assist with reporting & benefit topics, varying from parental leave to remote work
Manage a variety of administrative activities, including reference letters, contract updates
Using your expert organizational skills, you’ll drive the continuous improvement of the filing and digitization of documents
As a go-to in our team, you’ll manage our HR inbox, mail and slack channel
Assist work permit and visa processes as required
Collaborate with our broader team and contribute to HR projects
 
What You’ll Need
Bi-lingual (C1 level) in English and German languages with strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional experience in Human Resources within a fast-paced, product or technology-focused environment
Your demonstrated ability to work with confidential and sensitive information
Previous skills working with and organizing data to support reporting, analysis and system requirements
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, demonstrated in a previous working context
You are passionate about building and implementing best practices within Human Resources and supporting process improvement
A proactive approach, you identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to challenges
Strong prioritization skills, you are able to perform multiple tasks and deadlines without losing track of your goals
