Amaris consulting is hiring! We are looking for a Application LEVEL 3 Support FOR A “TECHNICAL EXCELLENCE PROBLEM MANAGEMENT TEAM”. The ideal candidate has at least 6 years of experience ( with at least 3-4 years of background as Level 3 support in applications).

Responsibilities:
The candidate will be part of a Problem Management Excellence Team in charge to avoid or dissolve critical situations impacting the overall Business during and outside business hours. Under the supervision and guidance of the Problem Manager, the Technology Expert is responsible for managing the lifecycle of all Problems affecting the business Solutions and the related underlying platforms.

Access to the highest technical resources available for problem resolution or new feature creation.
Attempt to duplicate problems and define root causes, using product designs, code, or specifications.Once a cause is identified, the company decides whether to create a new fix, depending on the cause of the problem.
In charge of the development team and the incident software team to collect all the information according to create reports for the main problems and share then with the shareholders to provide the best solutions in a strategic point of view.
 

Requirements:
Experience in Root Causes Analysis Investigation and Crisis Management

Experience in Software Engineering (managing and resolving issues related to Java according to development and management)

Experience /background solving LEVEL 3 problems

Development ANALYSIS

English FLUENT

 

The ideal candidate:
DEVOPS basic knowledge

Experience in incident/change/problem management processes knowledge ideal

Experience in Level 3 support of critical problems/incidents.
