To grow E-Commerce team in Barcelona, we are currently looking for a SENIOR Product Owner.
Main purpose: Product Owner to be in charge of the Mobile/web Apps vision and strategy definition, supporting the Global Ecommerce Strategy with their product strategy. Coordinate roadmap definition. Manage ecommerce projects. Manage a team of project managers. Be main point of contact of internal Stakeholders in ecommerce impacts. Be the internal owner of existing product features.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively benchmark other ecommerce players & best practices. Analyze current customer journeys and identify main pain points to be addressed.
Consolidate with other client departments a global services and product roadmap including online experience impacts
Build a 3 years vision supporting eCommerce and client ambition
Translating business requirements into product requirements
Defining the projects needed to deliver the Global ecommerce roadmap
Ensuring the UX methodology is in place (Wireframing, Prototyping, User Testing and others)
Making sure, the Guidelines and consistency are met for each projects
Analyze eCommerce performance, plan optimization and KPI’s for each part of the journey (homepage, product catalog, checkout and registration)
Measure and understand key friction points in the online customer journey (using analytics, user testing and observation). Define solutions.
Measure the efficiency and ROI
Ensuring a seamless user journey
Ensuring UX and UI alignment (based on global and digital guidelines)
Requierements:
Strong Product and Project Management skills.
Strong expertise in User Experience
Strong experience in Mobile App and Connected Objects project management.
Deep understanding of the IOT (Internet of Things) ecosystem and best practices.
Good understanding of web and mobile technologies and ability to interact/challenge with technical counterparts.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary environment.
FLUENT English Speaking Skills
MOBILITY: Living in Barcelona, Valencia or Madrid.
Experience in running eBusiness daily activities (a plus)
