The Role: The candidate will need to have previous working experience with React, Angular or Next.js. They will be comfortable interacting with and helping to develop APIs and will be eager to stay on top of the latest tech. They will be working closely with the Design and UX team to make sure that the spirit and vision of the designed solution are what makes it onto the screens of the users. The Role: The candidate will need to have experience at maintaining the systems and security of servers, firewalls, databases, roles, permission etc, as well as having an interest in developing hybrid software / hardware applications. The candidate must be excited about technology and willing and enthusiastic to learn new ideas and investigate new processes. The candidate must be willing to provide support out of hours (for time in lieu) and able to micromanage their own time. They will report directly to and work directly to our Head of DevOps, and will be expected to operate at a high level at all times able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities in line with business needs. Responsibilities : Design, cost and deploy secure, auditable, scalable and resilient cloud infrastructure in Azure and AWS Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures for both Linux and Windows in a cloud context. Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups. Support the development team Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions. Provision and maintain security groups and databases across multiple accounts as well as advising key stakeholders on best fit requirements for given scenarios.
