With ten individually combinable modules, the online platform encompasses Health & Safety, Risks & Audits, Hazardous Materials, Control of Work, Legal Compliance, Online Instructions, Processes, Environmental Management, and Sustainability. It is Quentic’s mission to connect, engage, and inspire all EHS and CSR stakeholders – via browser or app. The solution supports seamless cooperation across departments, locations, and even countries, thereby helping companies coordinate all processes efficiently and in compliance with legal requirements.

We are looking to add to our Sales team to expand our European presence. The role can be based in Germany or any other country we have an office in.


Your challenge

  • Acquire new customers in the Medium and Large Enterprise Business across different European markets
  • Present our software to prospective customers and assess their needs, working together with Pre Sales to meet customer’s requirements
  • Negotiate contract details with different stakeholders and close the deal
  • Take part in tender processes and submit quotations 
  • Participate in market observations as well as the development of sales strategies and marketing activities
  • Participate in roadshows and fairs
  • Maintain our CRM system and regularly report to our Chief Sales Officer

Your qualification

  • Professional experience in complex SaaS solution sales for B2B customers
  • Affinity for technology and interest in occupational safety, sustainability and environmental protection
  • Empathy and the skill to present complex issues comprehensibly
  • Sound argumentation, ability to present business software online and on site
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Business fluency in English is a must, fluency in other European languages is a big plus
