Job Description (JD) for Solution Developer / Support Engineer – Thycotic IDAM
Skills Required:
§ 4-5 years of experience in any Identity and Access management products with 3-4 years in executing Thycotic privilege identity management product.
§ Solution design and development for Thycotic privilege identity product involving role-based Access, SSO, access management, privilege ID monitoring, session recording and access governance. Should be able to support the IDAM operations involving Thycotic platform with servers/network integrations and issue resolutions (L2-L3 support)
§ Solution integration experience for Thycotic for privilege user access management, authentication / authorization, SSO etc. He/she should be able to design the server/network system integrations with Thycotic platform using direct configuration or jump server-based integration
§ Working experience in JAVA, J2EE development with IAM implementation as a core solution
§ Exposure to next generation security solutions for the areas like mobile, M2M, IOT and cloud Security etc. – a plus
§ Expert in LDAP concept and should be able to architect & design IAM solutions, directory schemas
§ Awareness of various IAM security products, methodologies and processes
§ Must possess the technical/functional skills necessary to understand and support multiple consulting / development project engagements
§ Thycotic Certification, CISSP / TOGAF or any other security / Enterprise Architecture certification – a plus
Experience / Job Responsibility:
§ Solution Architecting / Design using IAM Tier -1 product suites – consulting lead system integration approach
§ Functional Knowledge of various IAM products in the market and trends of IAM in future
§ Integration with applications such as CRM, Core applications, Healthcare applications and portals etc. with SailPoint IAM platform
§ Domain knowledge of FS sector is preferred
§ Work with internal/external teams to understand security / Architecture requirements and deliver against plans
§ Ability to discuss and present solutions to CxO / Stakeholder level
§ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adherence to program objectives and security processes, and take responsibility for achieving team deliverables, hitting target milestones
§ Meet challenges with resourcefulness. Generate suggestions for improving security management practices and methodologies
