Our Frontend team primarily concerns itself with further developing our platform, as well as overall usability.

Your challenge

• Further development of our single page application
• Build and further develop our internal Core Framework for the implementation of future features
• Digital product development as part of an agile team, from conception to implementation and documentation
• Migration of our legacy application
• Refactoring of our current application based on modern web technologies
• Conducting code reviews and creating unit tests, integration tests and interface tests to improve product quality
• Conception and implementation of user experience in close collaboration with the UX team
• Self-motivated to realize projects with full responsibility
• Onboarding new employees

Your qualification

• In-depth knowledge of ECMAScript5, 6 (JavaScript), TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3, PHP knowledge would be a plus
• Experience in developing complex applications
• Very good knowledge of JavaScript frameworks, such as React
• You know the differences between FP and OOP and can use both styles effectively depending on the situation
• Experience with UniDirectional Data Flow Architectures (Redux) and RxJS (Promises and Observables)
• Experience with cross-browser development (JavaScript, DOM, CSS)
• Understanding of software architecture, software design and TDD/BDD
• Broad Know-how of development environments and version controls
• Very high awareness of quality; ability to conceptualize and analyze
• Ability to work in a team; strong communication skills in German (B2 minimum)  and English
