If you are a Product Desginer, focus on finde solutions that allow customers to intuitively user our products. And you have solid experience (+5 years) designing e2e solutions in the different phases of the design process, then we are looking for you to join us! We have a great opportunity for our team in Barcelona!

 

Responsibilities:

Facilitate stakeholder’s product visions by researching, conceiving, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences for Nespresso ecommerce.
Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, journeys, and high-fidelity designs for mobile and desktop devices.
Evangelize about the use of the Design System and contribute with the rest of designers and developers to keep scaling it (design principles, tokens, components, …)
Set design requirements based on information from internal teams and user research.
Identify new product improvement opportunities.
Analyze how a new product satisfies market needs and consumer preferences.
Stay up to date on current industry trends and market conditions.
Coordinate with other design team members to ensure consistent and accurate communication.
Modify and revise existing designs to meet changing customer preferences.
Work closely with product engineers to suggest improvements for products and processes.
Present product design ideas to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
 

Experience:

6 or more years of experience in the different phases of the design process
Demonstrated experience in eCommerce, with a well-rounded portfolio of design work and strong understanding of design objectives.
Strong experience with design systems (creation, improvement, scale, ways of working, evangelization)
Experience in agile environments and UX Lean understanding
Excellent attention to detail.
Expertise in Figma
Good HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
Excellent communication skills in English, any other European language is a plus.
